It is in 1949 that Viking Clase, Swedish sailor, appeals to Erik Salander to draw the sailboat of his dreams which is a fast sailboat, simple to handle, comfortable and naturally elegant. The designers result was GULLVEIG. Lined with mahogany of Honduras of an exceptional quality on a structure in oak (one frame - 6x7 cm - every 33 cm) with a deck in teak of Siam « Gullveig » meets the criteria the most demanding of the Lloyd Register, those of the class +100A1. After a colourful life Gullveig finally ended up in France were she received a major refit from keel to mast top 2006. Since then the yacht has been always kept in perfect condition and was constantly maintained by professionals. Today Gullveig is entirely refit and ready for new navigations.
